All of the apparel we offer has been selected based on our own very strict criteria for ski suits. All jackets are waterproof and windproof and have specific design features such as snow catchers.

1 . Choose your skiwear and accessories online and use the calendar to select your first and last ski days. We recommend a ski jacket, ski pants, snow goggles, and winter gloves.
2. Your rental kit will arrive via courier service at the hotel or chosen delivery destination one day prior to your first ski day.
3. Enjoy the slopes in style!
4. At the end of your last ski day, no later than 8:00 p.m., leave the rented skiwear in the original delivery box at the reception of your hotel. Return instructions, a prepaid return label and packaging are included with the delivery. A courier will pick up the package and we’ll deal with the rest. 5. Have a safe journey home!
We recommend a ski jacket, ski pants, goggles, and winter gloves. You should also have long underwear and warm knee-length socks.
We recommend that you place your order as soon as you make travel plans, particularly if you are skiing during the holidays and peak season.
Normally we can deliver with a 4-day lead time however weekends and public holidays can interfere with prompt delivery. If you need skiwear within less than 4 days, then it is best to call us at +43 676 934 66 90 to discuss possibilities.
Check the Sizing and Fitting Guide (Men, Women and Children) when placing your order. We have carefully tabulated sizes according to different brands, styles and cuts. If you are unsure, it is always best to order one size larger than what you usually wear. We are happy to help you with choosing the right size via email, telephone or chat.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please call +43 676 934 6690 if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the stage of the order and fulfilment process, we should be able to find a good solution.
All rented skiwear and accessories must be returned in good order to avoid additional charges. If it’s something we can repair like a frayed cuff, we’ll charge a repair fee. If the item is lost or we cannot rent it again, we charge the retail price of the item to replace our inventory.

We deliver to any hotel at any ski resort anywhere in Austria. We can also deliver to your home address if preferred. For delivery destinations outside of Austria, please contact us directly at +43 676 934 66 90.
Deliveries are made the day before your selected date of arrival and will be at your hotel when you check in. We provide tracking information so you can see when your package is out for delivery. Mailrooms, front desks, and concierges are able to sign on your behalf.
All orders will include a live tracking link. If your order is not delivered on time, call us any time of day or night and we will solve the problem so that you do not lose time on the slopes.
All you have to do is pack together the rented skiwear and accessories in the original delivery box. Leave the box at the hotel reception and a courier will pick it up. You can also take it to the nearest post office.
Call or email us immediately and we will send a new return package set to you. If you realise this only when you are checking out of the hotel and on your way home, take everything home with you and call or email us. We'll find a solution.
Shake out water and wipe off as much dirt before sending it back to us. If possible, hang up your ski suit overnight and it will be almost dry in the morning.
No, we only charge for the selected rental ski days when you are on the slopes.
Yes, we deliver internationally when certain conditions are met. Please contact us directly at office@skigala.com for deliveries outside of Austria.
